堆石料蠕变试验方法研究

摘要: 堆石料是土石坝的主要填筑材料,其蠕变特性研究是土力学热点之一。蠕变试验的方法主要有三轴试验和单向压缩试验两种。三轴试验是研究堆石料常用的试验方法,其轴向变形主要是偏应力引起的剪切变形。而单向压缩试验,作为一种可以研究 K0 状态下堆石料的蠕变特性的试验方法,目前对此的研究较少。应用大型三轴仪(Ф300mm) 和大型叠环式固结渗透仪(Ф500 mm) ,选用双江口堆石料,分别进行了堆石料的蠕变试验,成果表明两种蠕变试验的剩余蠕变量与时间的关系都可以采用幂函数准确表达。三轴试验成果验证了九参数蠕变模型的通用性,根据单向压缩试验成果提出了简单的经验公式。最后对两种试验成果进行了比较分析,发现单向压缩蠕变可以视为应力水平为 0.4 时的三轴蠕变,其不能反映应力水平对堆石料蠕变特性的影响。因此,要对堆石料进行蠕变研究,宜采用三轴蠕变试验。

Abstract: Rockfill is the main material used in rockfill dams, and the research of creep properties is a focus of soil mechanics. The creep test mainly contains triaxial creep test and one-way compression creep test. The axial deformation of triaxial creep test is mainly caused by shear. Now it ' s lack of the compression creep test, which can study the K0 condition creep. So the creep properties of rockfill are studied in laboratory by the triaxial apparatus( Ф 300 mm) and the compression apparatus( Ф 500 mm), the results show that the relationship of surplus creep and time both can be expressed accurately by power function. The versatility of nine parameter creep model is verified by triaxial creep test, and one empirical formula from compression test result is put forward. At last, the two creep methods are compared, it is found that the compressive creep test may regard as a triaxial creep test with stress level being 0.4, it can ' t reflect the influence of stress level, so researching the creep of rockfill suitably uses the triaxial creep method.
