摘要: 介绍船闸人字门液压启闭机油缸的一种有限元计算方法。建立了卧式细长油缸的二维梁单元模型,采用梁柱理论和势能驻值条件推导梁单元刚度矩阵,在此基础上建立有限元平衡方程和稳定特征方程,代入边界条件,计算了结点位移、单元内应力和临界压力。运用该有限元法对一组油缸算例进行计算和分析,讨论了该算法的特点和应用范围。

Abstract: A FEM computing technique for hydraulic hoist cylinder of lock miter gate is introduced. Through setting up the two dimensional beam element model suitable for this kind of cylinder and adopting the beam element rigidity matrix derived from the beam - pillar theory and potential energy stationary value condition, a finite balance equation and a stability characteristic equation are established. In combination with the border conditions, the joint displacement, element internal stress and critical pressure of a cylinder may be calculated. A set of cylinders for an illustration are calculated using this FEM method. At last, the features of this algorithm and its application range are discussed. 
