水工附环闸门闭门过程水力特性数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation on Hydraulic Characteristics inthe Shutting Process of Ring Gate

摘要: 基于VOF方法对某水电站中孔事故附环闸门闭门过程进行数值模拟研究。采用三维标准k-ε紊流数学模型模拟计算了相关水流特性,通过对闸门区流道、门叶孔道以及闸门井内流线运动、流速分布、压强分布及门叶所受动水荷载等进行计算分析,得到了事故闸门闭门过程中的相关水力参数随闸门开度变化的曲线。研究成果可为类似闸门体型的设计运行以及工程体型优化提供依据。

Abstract: The shutting process of emergency ring gate was simulated through volume of fluids (VOF) method. The flow characteristics were calculated by the 3-D standard k-ε turbulence model. The flow characteristics include streamline motion, velocity distribution, and pressure distribution in the gate channel, gate flap channel and gate well, as well as dynamic water load on the gate. Curves of the hydraulic parameters vs. the opening of gate in the shutting process were obtained.The results provide basis for the design and operation of similar gate pattern.
