摘要: 为提高海洋环境水利混凝土工程抗侵蚀能力,对以海工水泥为原材料提高混凝土抗氯离子性能展开研究。以洞头南塘中闸工程应用实例,总结施工质量控制注意要点。通过混凝土的数理统计和现场试验检测,对氯离子扩散系数和碳化深度进行对比,取得海工水泥混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能等相关成果。结果表明,海工水泥混凝土在海洋环境中其工作性能和强度、耐久性指标优良。

Abstract: To improve the corrosion resistance of cement concrete projects in marine environment, we carried out research on the anti-chloridion-corrosion performance of concrete with marine cement as the raw material. We summarized the key points of quality control for the construction of Nantang middle sluice at Dongtou, Wenzhou city. Through mathematical statistics and field test on the concrete, we compared the chloride ion diffusion coefficient and the carbonization depth between marine concrete and ordinary concrete, and obtained the properties of anti-chloridion-penetration of marine cement concrete. Results indicate that marine cement concrete has excellent performance in strength and durability in marine environment.
