摘要: 模态分析与试验是研究离心机结构动力特性的重要手段,其广泛应用于离心机的设计和验证中。分别采用理论计算和试验的方法对大型土工离心机TLJ-500进行模态分析,得到了TLJ-500的前若干阶模态参数,并将2种方法得到的模态频率和振型进行了比较。分析表明,离心机连接部位的刚度等对理论计算的结果影响较大,模态试验应在2个方向上激振以避免漏阶。针对离心机模态分析与试验提出了合理的建议,对提高离心机的模态分析精度和后续离心机振动台的设计具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: As important approaches of studying structural dynamic characteristics, modal analysis and modal test are widely used in the design and verification of centrifuge. Theoretical calculation and tests are carried out to acquire the low-order modal parameters of large geotechnical centrifuge TLJ-500. The results of modal frequency and vibration mode from the two approaches  are compared. It’s shown that the stiffness at the joints of the centrifuge plays an important part in determining the modal frequency, and the test model should be impacted in two different directions so as to get more modal parameters. Suggestions are put forward on the basis of the above analysis. The result of this paper is not only valuable for improving the precision of modal analysis on geotechnical centrifuge, but also for the subsequent design of centrifuge shaker.
