Similitude Ratio and Calculation Method of Crack of RC Beams

摘要: 结合结构仿真模型试验相似理论,依据裂缝宽度计算理论与试验数据统计分析,分别推导出钢筋混凝土梁平均裂缝间距与最大裂缝宽度的相似比计算公式。通过二组二维相似及 1 组 3 维相似的钢筋混凝土原型梁与模型梁实测平均裂缝间距与最大裂缝宽度的对比试验,研究了本文计算方法的适用性。实现了由模型钢筋混凝土梁的裂缝分布和宽度反演到原型梁的目的,为钢筋混凝土变态仿真模型试验设计提供了科研依据。

Abstract:  In combination with the similitude principle of emulate structural model test, according to the theory for calculating crack width and the statistical analysis of test data, the methods were established for calculating the similitude ratios of average crack spacing and maximum crack width of reinforced concrete beams respectively. The applicability was studied by comparative tests from the large reinforced concrete beams to the emulate model test beams, including two groups of two  dimensional similarity beams and one group of three-dimensional similarity beams. It is realized that the crack distribution and its width of model beams feed back to prototype beams, which can be used as a reference for the design of abnormal emulate model test.
