摘要
泵站前池扩散角过大会在池中形成边侧回流,恶化水泵的进水条件,因此一般需要研究适当的整流措施。应用正交曲线坐标系下的二维水深平均数学模型,对大扩散角的正向泵站前池中设置隔墩前后的流态进行了数值模拟,以分析设置隔墩的整流效果。计算中在交错网格上对控制体积分得到离散方程,并用SIMPLEC算法求解。数值模拟表明,对所研究的泵站前池,适当设置隔墩对前池扩散角过大引起的不良流态有明显的改善效果。
Abstract
The measures of improving flow conditions should be adopt in the over large divergent angle of fore-bay of a pumping station to avoid the side return flow which would worsen the intake conditions of pumps. In the paper, the improvement of flow conditions in the front inflow of fore-bay of the pumping station with setting separation piers is researched by numerical simulation. The 2-D average water depth mathematical model in orthogonal curve-linear coordinate system is used for the numerical simulation. The discreted equations are obtained by finite volume method on staggered grid, and solved by SIMPLEC method. The simulated results show that, the splaying separation piers have good effect on improving the flow conditions in the researched fore-bay with large divergent angle.
