摘要: 研究了一种基于马尔科夫随机场理论的多时相SAR影像自动变化检测方法。研究的方法综合利用目标像元及其邻域信息,有效实现目标像元所属类别的判定。实验结果表明,基于马尔科夫随机场理论的变化检测方法与其它传统分割方法相比,充分考虑目标像元的空间邻域信息,能够有效减少漏检率,提高整体检测精度。

Abstract: In this paper, a novel automatic change detection approach in multi temporal SAR(synthetic aperture radar) images is proposed. This method mainly consists of the following two models. In model 1, a difference image is obtained by log ratio algorithm, and in model 2, a difference image is divided into three parts: changed, unchanged and uncertain. Markov random field which is used in multi temporal SAR images change detection is feasible. This approach, unlike classical ones, spatial contextual information in the neighborhood is contained and change detection results are much more accurate compared to classical ones. Experimental results from multi temporal SAR images of some region of Dongtinghu Lake, Hunan Province, confirm the validity of the proposed approach.
