国内外面板坝的建设发展迅速，但要兴建300m级左右的高面板堆石坝，有些技术问题尚需研究。根据国内3座坝和巴西的坎泼斯诺沃斯及其他几座坝的运行性状，从渗流控制的角度提出了高面板堆石坝当前需要研究的面板与垫层的脱开问题、垫层料的优化设计问题以及砂砾石面板坝的排水设计问题，并提出了相应的研究途径。

The development of concrete face rockfill dam(CFRD) is rapid，but there are some technical problems to be still researched for building 300 m grade concrete face rockfill dam. On the basis of the behavior of three CFRDs in China and Campos Novos CFRD in Brazil, the authors put forward three questions to need to be solved now on seepage control： first,segregation between face slab and bedding layer；second, the optimization design of material of bedding layer；third, the drainage design problemes of the CFRD. Finally, the corresponding research ways are proposed.
