由于水布垭面板坝的土石方开挖量超过2 000万方，填筑量超过1 560万方，土石方调配问题关系到整个工程的进展和技术经济效益，为此分析 了水布垭面板坝土石方调配的特点，并根据数学模型，对水布垭面板坝智能土石方调配系统
进行了功能分析和系统设计。计算机仿真结果表明，该系统具有很好的实用性和可操作性， 响应时间约0.5～1 s，优于传统土石方调配结果。

Total excavation volume of Shuibuya Project exceeds 20 million cubic meters and total filling volume of the dam is more than 15.60 million cubic meters. Its whole process and technic-economic benefit are considerably influenced by the earth-rock volumes allocation problem. Through analyzing the features of earth-rock volumes allocation of Shuibuya Project, an intelligent earth-rock volume allocation system was developed to model earth-rock allocation in construction. The results of computer simulation are technically feasible and better than those of traditional ways, and the response time of the database system is about 0.5-1.0 second.
