土工织物梯度比试验研究的新进展

摘要: 用梯度比试验来判别土工织物的淤堵性能时,由于试验对土工织物的实际工作条件作了很大简化,并且其试验结果(梯度比值GR)对土体和土工织物在水流作用下的变化不太敏感,因而判断结果并不理想。为了使梯度比试验在判别土工织物淤堵时更加有效, 研究人员对梯度比公式进行了修正,并在试验中加入了织物的受拉、反滤系统的受压、往复水流、动荷载、砂砾层对渗流的阻碍这些外在因素,同时阐述了这些因素作用下土工织物的防淤堵机理。

Abstract:  Clogging criterion is an important part of filter criterion. Gradient ratio test is used to judge the clogging performances of geotex tile, but the practical situation of geotextile is oversimplified in this test and the test result(gradient ratio) is not sensitive to the changes of soil and geotextile under water flow. In order to make gradient ratio test perform more efficient, the gradient ratio formulas were modified and the effects of exterior factors on seepage, such as tensile stress of geotextile, compression stress of filtration system, cyclic flow, dynamic load, and granular drainage layer, were considered in the tests, and then the mechanism of anti - clogging of geotextile under these factors was researched.
