人工神经网络在水质预测中的应用研究

Artificial Neural Network Applied in Water Quality Prediction

摘要: 选取水质指标之一的溶解氧DO作为测算因素,研究了人工神经网络的BP法、bpx法、L-M法3种不同学习算法在水质预测中的应用。研究结果表明:3种不同学习算法的预测效果均较理想,其中以L-M法预测结果最为精确,人工神经网络在水质预测方面有着良好的应用前景和推广价值。

Abstract: Dissolved Oxygen (DO), one of the water quality indicators, was selected as estimate factor to investigate the application of three learning algorithms of artificial neural network, i.e.,  BP Method, bpx Method and L-M Method, in the water quality prediction. Results showed that the prediction effect of the three learning algorithms were all ideal, among which the L-M method which is an optimization algorithm of BP was the most accurate. BP neural network has good application prospect and promotion value in water quality prediction. 
