利用河道疏浚土方填筑堤防的技术研究

摘要: 根据已有的工程建设经验,针对东南沿海地区平原河网的特点,通过对河道疏浚土方物理特性的分析研究,在现有疏浚船的基础上,经过反复的试验,对疏浚机械和施工工艺进行了研制和创新,成功地解决了土质堤防筑堤的土料来源和河道疏浚土方的利用两大问题。并在工程实践中探索出适当的填筑控制措施及控制性指标。经在“治理太湖”国家重点水利工程——湖州市导流港拓浚等工程中的实践,取得了显著的经济效益和环保效益。继而在南浔区万里清水河道工程中推广应用,也取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:  Considering the situation of river-net area in southeast coastal region of China, through the analysis of the physical characteristics of soil dredged in river, a new type of dredging machine was innovated and developed, which was manufactured according to the existing experience of design and construction of water resource projects in the area and many times tests. The dredging machine can solve two major issues, i.e. fill material of a dike and utilization of soil dredged from riverbed. Meanwhile, the technology of dredging earthwork construction was also developed as well. The machine has been used to dredge soil in riverbed for dike construction successfully in Tai Lake harnessing projects and achieved great economical, social and environmental effects. And then, it was used in Nanxun river projects and obtained a good result as well.
