摘要： 主要介绍了机载激光雷达从前期数据采集到制作DEM、正射影像的整个数据处理流程，包括数据采集前的准备工作、POS数据处理、原始影像处理、系统误差检校、LAS点云处理、DEM提取、正射影像制作，并且分析了各处理过程中要注意的问题。

Abstract: The paper mainly researches the whole data processing flowa2chart from data acquisition to producing DEM and orthophoto, including preparing work before data acquisition, POS data processing, original images processing, systemic error calibration, LAS point cloud data processing, DEM extraction and orthophoto production. At the end, the paper analyzes the problems which should be paid attention to in every processing step.
