模拟渗滤液和压力对压实黏土衬垫渗透性影响的试验研究

Test on the Effect of Simulated Leachate and Pressure on the Permeability of Compacted Clay Liners

摘要: 衬垫材料防渗性能的好坏是决定填埋场有效性的关键,而渗滤液和受力条件是影响衬垫渗透系数的重要因素。从填埋场衬垫实际渗滤液和受力状态分析出发,选择CaCl2溶液为模拟渗滤液,研究模拟渗滤液和竖向压力对压实黏土衬垫渗透系数的影响。结果表明:当以模拟渗滤液代替水进行试验时,渗透系数增加约2倍;当竖向压力增大2倍时(从200 kPa增至400 kPa),渗透系数减小约1个数量级。双因素方差分析表明:相对于竖向压力,模拟渗滤液对渗透系数的影响较小;在衬垫设计与评价时,考虑竖向应力的影响是非常必要的。

Abstract: The permeability of liner, which determines the effectiveness of landfill, is influenced considerably by leachate and pressure condition. In light of the actual leachate and pressure state of landfill liner, the effect of simulated leachate concentration and vertical pressure on the hydraulic conductivity of compacted clay liner is studied. When water is substituted by simulated leachate, which, in this case, is CaCl2 solution, the hydraulic conductivity increases three times at the most; while when vertical pressure doubles from 200kPa to 400kPa, the hydraulic conductivity reduces about an order of magnitude. Compression and consolidation tests and dual-factor variance analysis confirm that the hydraulic conductivity is remarkably affected by vertical pressure compared with simulated leachate. It is suggested that the effect of vertical pressure on hydraulic conductivity should be taken into account in the design and assessment of liners.
