Abstract

An Application Support Service Center (ASSC) featuring information integration, decision-making assistance and computing support is proposed by adopting meta-synthesis in association with cloud computing, component technology, workflow, computing experiments, visualization, parallel system and knowledge graph. Methods of developing water service system using the ASSC are presented, and an application example about the system construction for dynamic allocation of water resource is given. Practices show that the platform can quickly respond to the development tasks of water information system. It is a good platform for the construction of water service system of efficiency, flexibility, and scalability.  
