Abstract

In accordance with the basic concepts and principles of system engineering, we put forward that the ecological protection project of slope is a typical system engineering which involves multi-subjects integrating with each other. Taking the rock slope at Guangzhao Hydropower Station in Guizhou province for example, we present the application of system engineering principles to slope ecological protection project. By using vegetation-growing concrete, the ecological protection and revegetation for the slope was effectively accomplished. It shows that system engineering has good applicability in slope ecological protection project.
