Abstract

The authors introduce the principle and working method of acceleration feedback control mode of centrifuge. Siemens S7-300 PLC, a programmable controller,  is used to constitute the closed-loop control system of analog quantity. Based on  analyzing this control mode, the design of a user-defined structured PID function block is accomplished. This feedback control mode is proved to be feasible through experimentation on the centrifuge.
