Abstract

On the basis of the characteristics of many factors with uncertainties in flood control, multi-objective fuzzy optimal theory and method are introduced, and a multi-objective fuzzy optimal selection model simulating flood control projects of storage and detention basin has been established, and the model has been applied in actual flood control, the problem of multi-objective decision system affected by certain factors and uncertain elements is successfully solved.
