Synthesis and Properties of CW-GAC Acrylate Chemical Grouting Material

Abstract: This paper studied the nature and mechanical properties of CW-GAC acrylate chemical grouting material which was synthesized by using a novel cross linker. Experimental results indicated that CW-GAC acrylate chemical grouting material possesses many advantages, such as low viscosity, being injected into the tiny cracks, easily controlled gelling time, low osmotic coefficient , large compressive strength of gel, etc., that the dosages of cross linker and acrylate monomer are two important factors which affect mechanical properties of chemical grouting material, and that the CW-GAC acrylate chemical grouting material is non-toxic , harmless to environment, and can meet environmental protection requirements.
