Abstract

A curvilinear anchor-cable prestressing device was set in a preformed groove, with which the circular anchor-cable was tensioned with a jack and was used for the inner lining of the tunnel of South-North Water Transfer Project through the Yellow River. It was the first application in the shield-driven tunnel, and its structure is innovational. To verify the rationality and reliability of structural design, a scale 1∶1 simulation model was made at site. The law of strain, loss of stress, interaction among anchor beams and friction factor between anchor cable and corrugation pipe were all researched. The results showed as follows: The total loss of stress in the anchor-cable tensional end(including the loss of anchor and retraction loss of anchor-cable) is less than 35%; the maximum stress is 1 044.25 Mpa after anchor locked; the effect of prestressed anchor-cable tension on adjacement ones is less; friction coefficient between the anchor-cable and pipelines is within the range of specification.
