The construction of Water Resources Literature Information System Project directed by the Development Research Center of Ministry of Water Resources and participated by the Changjiang River Scientific Research Institute (CRSRI) is introduced, including the application research on technical scheme, development strategy, standard, workflow, database design, system operation and maintenance.
