Abstract

Irrigation district informationization is the base of irrigation district modernization. As the "3S" technology progressed rapidly in recent years, its use in agriculture has become more and more widely. In this article, several important key issues are discussed. By taking Zhanghe River irrigation District as an illustration, resolution methods of some concrete problems are put forward.
