The paper mainly researches the whole data processing flowa2chart from data acquisition to producing DEM and orthophoto, including preparing work before data acquisition, POS data processing, original images processing, systemic error calibration, LAS point cloud data processing, DEM extraction and orthophoto production. At the end, the paper analyzes the problems which should be paid attention to in every processing step.
