Abstract: The durability of a lock concrete wall would have influence on the flood prevention and power generation of a hydrojunction. The concrete wall of a lock is always damaged by impacting of the through? ships, which leads to the reduction of durability. Therefore, how to protect the concrete wall to reduce damage is a very important problem in navigation project. By selecting special resins having an epoxy and polyurethane molecule structure as the base, the novel CKC-concrete protection impact material was prepared. For the special structure, the novel CKC-concrete has both epoxy and polyurethane performances of high hardness, and good cohesiveness and anti-wear capacity. By two times examination of half-year period and one-year period, the CKC-material repaired on the lock wall is basically perfect without damage.
