Abstract

According to strain nonlinear softening constitutive model, the stress distribution laws, plastic zone, and the displacements of surrounding rock and liner are obtained. The critical stress leading to the yield zone firstly for the surrounding rock is introduced. The results show that the radial stress and tangential stress with considering the influence of seepage water pressure are larger than those without considering the influence, and this makes the plastic zone of surrounding rock expands. When the seepage factors of surrounding rock and liner are obviously different, they are not simplied as one and the same.
