On the basis of the brief description of Wudongde Project and different zones stability evaluation of Jinpingzi landslide, the geological character, the deformation features, the way of failure of zone Ⅱ and its influence on project are analyzed systematically. The results show that the Jinpingzi landslide zone Ⅱ has no serious influence on Wudongde Hydropower Station construction and its operation. And the effective countermeasures, which include a drainage system and anti-slide supporting structures in creep sliding rock mass of region Ⅱ are proposed.
