Loess collapse is a hazard phenomenon of loess structure destruction in immersion, so collapsed loess must be treated in constrction. On the basis of analyzing and studying the mechanism of loess collapse and their affecting factors, the paper discusses the method that is used for studying the collapsed loess foundation with dynamically high energy level compaction. Meanwhile, the method has achieved good effect in fieldtest, so it will have better application value.
