Abstract: Algaebloom in lake and reservoir has become a hot topic in water environment treatment. In this article, the mai n characteristics caused by the algaebloom in lake and natu ral river are compared,and the observed data show that the algae bloom in lake a nd reservoir is more often than that in rivers. Some conventional methods to tre at water environment are introduced,and some ecological restoration measures are emphatically presented.
