Abstract

There exist many insufficiencies with existing device s used for measuring cement - based material volume deformation under different environments. Therefore, through comparing and analyzing some measuring meanses for cement - based material volume deformation at home and abroad, a continuous on line monitor for cement - based material volume deformation based on multiple environments is developed. This device is designed by the environmental simulation technology, micro - distance measuring technologies of laser and eddy current, an d transmission setup used for monitoring the deformation of multi - group sample s. This device can be used widely, such as glass, ceramics, walling material, and so on, with a high precision, low testing cost, and intellectualization.
