Abstract: The meaning and requirements of the green chemical grouting are presented, the present situation of chemical grouting materials in common use in our country is analysed, and four principles on chemical grouting and environmental protection are emphasized in the paper. At last, several suggestions are proposed: to design a new formula without public hazards; to preform a toxicity eliminating design for existing toxic slurries; to give the measures of implementing green chemical grouting including the respects of technique, equipment and environmental protection； and to point several kinds of grouting matinals to be unsuitably used or carefully used, and to quick improve the techniques of prepolymerization and post- processing.
