Fingerprint Encryption in Information Security of E - government

Abstract

To assure the security for E - government, the paper puts forward the automated fingerprint identification system (AFIS) which can be applied to transmission secret information in E - government. On the basis of the unique fingerprint character to every person and using AFIS, the authors discussed that fingerprint information as identifying certification with a randomized secret - key could be utilized to cryptopass or undo the documents. 
