Abstract: For understanding the effect of fly ash and fume slag on rheological properties of superfine cement, the material properties of powder, surface, rheological and mineral composition were investigated by means of SEM,XRD, Malvern laser granulometer and rotary viscometer. The influence and mechanism of admixture on superfine cement rheological properties were studied in material theories. The results show that the superfine ash fly has the higher zeta potential, can enhance flowability of superfine cement paste, decrease flowability loss as time goes on, improve compatibility between superplasticizers and cement; Fume slag can increase stability of paste. Therefore, the composite grouting cement slurry prepared with fly ash and fume slag possesses better flowability and stability.
