Abstract: Based on supervision service quality track and feedback investigation,and combining with quality objective work of Yangtze River Scientific Research Institute (YRSRI),some problems occurring in the supervisionexamination and examinationsupervision for item supervision organization of YRSRI are simply pointed out from authors viewpoint,in order to have each item supervision organization to accord with the related working programs and working methods,to strictly control the engineering quality by the ISO-9001 system,and ,lastly,to make project quality objectives under control. 
