Abstract

According to the geologic characteristics of TGP's foundation , based on the experience of lots of simulating tests in laboratory and grouting tests in situ, adopting our own manufactured HGB-1(2)pump possessing functions of automatic speed regulation, stabilized pressure and variable flow rate, and using the chemical grouting materials CW1-CW4 series, developed by Yangtze River scientific Research Institute and ZhongHua798 series , the high pressure cement and chemical composite grouting treatment was performed for the TGP's F215 fault. After taking samples and detection in situ, the results were very well , and satisfied all design requirements: i.e.(1)deformation modulus E≥15 GPa;(2)compressive strength Ra≥10.5MPa;(3)tensile strength R≥1.3 MPa; (4)shear resistance parameters C≥1.5 MPa, f≥1.3;and ( 5)Poisson's ratio μ≤0.25.
