Abstract: Aiming at some problems existing in managing compute r's network,the method needed to be resolved is proposed.The properties and meth ods of events of Winsock controller and the ways of network service by TCP Proto col and UDP Protocol are introduced.The design thought and implementation method on computer's network management system based on the clientserver constructio n are represented.The actual application shows that this system can effectively reduce the labor intensities of managers and enhance the efficiency of standardi zed management of computer room.
