Aiming at existing problems on simulation model of t urbine governor,a method using software MATLAB and its image simulating tool SIM ULINK instead of that of the traditional programming is proposed.With its excel lent specialities in numerical calculation,visual modeling and image output,the method can meet the requirements of turbine governor design and have extensive p rospects in application in this field. 
