Abstract: This paper is presented to design and develop an eco-environmental management and analysis and evaluation system for solving the problem of insufficient information utilization and information service capacity in the eco-environmental management for the lower reaches of the Jinsha River. By incorporating the technologies of Internet of things, geographic information system, distributed file storage, system integration, and the SSM (Spring+SpringMVC+Mybatis) in the system, we can store, manage, analyze and evaluate the eco-environmental management information and monitoring data in a unified manner for the lower reaches of the Jinsha River. The system uses a semi-tight integration method to integrate the powerful EFDC model with open source code so as to connect the water quality and water temperature core computing model and information system to accomplish online operation of water quality and water temperature models. The system will assist in the eco-environmental management for the lower reaches of the Jinsha River.

Key words: eco-environmental evaluation, EFDC model, water quality and water temperature simulation, map display, lower reaches of the Jinsha River
