摘要

介绍了“地质灾害群测群防监测技术方法与研究”项目中地质灾害群测群防三维GIS系统的设计与实现过程。分析了地质灾害群测群防野外监测工作的业务流程,提出了数据库设计思路。结合InfoEarth iTelluro平台及其组件特点,分析了系统核心功能模块的设计方法。通过对系统实现及应用效果的分析,为地质灾害群测群防信息管理提供了开发思路和实践帮助。

Abstract

The design and implementation of 3-D GIS system for the mass monitoring and prevention of geological hazard is introduced. The system is a project in the program of “Technology of Geological Hazard Monitoring and Prevention”. The work process of field monitoring are analyzed, and the idea of database design is put forward. In association with InfoEarth iTelluro platform and its components’ characteristics, the method of designing the core function module of the system is expounded. Analysis on the system implementation and application result indicates that the system provides help for the development and practice of mass monitoring and prevention information management for geological hazards.
