摘要/Abstract

摘要： 随着工程监理企业持续发展的自身需要,以及国家建设领域管理的不断规范,监理市场竞争不断加剧,促使监理企业放弃粗放式管理方式,借助于信息化来提升企业的管理水平,增强企业核心竞争力。将成熟的综合管理信息系统应用于监理企业的管理中,使监理企业内部管理规范化、制度化和程序化,是提升监理企业精细化管理的有效途径。以武汉长科工程建设监理有限责任公司OA系统的开发为实例,对业务处理流程、系统性能、权限设置等需求进行了分析,在此基础上,详细介绍了系统建设目标、系统构架、主要功能和关键技术。系统采用工作流的动态信息管理模式,实现公文流转、业务处理、经营决策等企业管理的信息化。实践表明系统在投入使用后,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract: As China has been regulating the management of engineering construction market, and due to the increasingly intensified competition of supervision market and also the self-demand of company’s sustainable development, engineering supervision companies have turned to adopt informatization to improve the management and competitiveness. Adopting mature integrated management information system could be an effective means to refine the management. With the development of Changke Supervision Company’s OA system as an example, we expound the demands of business processes, system performance, permission setting and other aspects. On this basis, we introduce the target, structure, main functions, and key technologies of the system. The system adopts work flow to realize company management informatization including document flow, business processing, management decision, etc. It has gained good result in practical application.
