Response Analysis of Multipolarization Radar on Soil Salt DuringMelting Period in Hetao Irrigation District of Inner Mongolia

摘要:

土壤盐渍化严重制约了河套灌区农业经济的发展,传统的点位测量方法已经无法满足人们对大面积土壤盐渍化分布认知的需求。遥感技术能快速获取盐渍地宏观分布及变化情况,而可见光、红外遥感存在一定的局限性,具有全天候、穿透性强的雷达遥感成为研究的焦点。以内蒙古河套灌区五原县为研究区,结合Radarsat-2四极化雷达遥感数据对融解期土壤的盐渍化进行响应分析。研究结果发现极化组合(VH2+HH2)/(VH2-HH2)对不同盐渍土有较强的响应性与分离性,以极化组合为参量建立回归模型S=0.552 3X-0.645 9,模型最终达到良好的相关性(R2=0.768 1),利用回归模型对试验区不同程度盐渍化土壤分类分析,结合10个土壤样本点进行精度验证,结果多数土壤样本点的相对误差小于10%,精度优于传统盐渍土分类方法。

Abstract:

Soil salinization severely restricted the development of agricultural economy in Hetao irrigation district of Inner Mongolia. Traditional point measurement methods couldn’t supply adequate precision for salinization distribution of large area soil. Remote sensing was applied for solving the problem, which could get the distribution and variation of saline land quickly. But common radar remote sensing had several limitations such as visible light and infrared remote sensing, so radar remote sensing with the characteristics of all-weather and strong penetrability become the focus of research. Response analysis of soil salinization in melting period was carried out in a study area, located in WuYuan county of Hetao irrigation district, combining with the radar remote sensing data from Radarsat-2 four polarization. The study shows that polarization combination of (VH2+HH2)/(VH2-HH2) has strong responsiveness and separability for different saline soils. We establish a regression model(S=0.552 3X-0.645 9) whose parameter is polarization combination. The model has good correlation with determination coefficient R2 of 0.768 1. Classification of different saline soils is analyzed with ten soil sampling points. The results show that the relative error is less than 10% for most of the soil sampling points, and the model’s accuracy is superior to that of the traditional classification method.
