摘要: 黄岛工程是我国首座大型地下水封石洞储油库(简称“地下水封洞库”),为我国战略石油储库大型地下工程建设开辟了先河。在水封条件下的围岩分级和现场实测地应力基础上,论述了该工程的人工水幕施工技术、钻爆法精细施工开挖与支护集成技术、施工通风技术及安全风险评估与应急预案、抢险救援等5大创新技术,并进行了相应的试验和数值模拟等效果验证。

Abstract: Huangdao project is China’s first large underground water-sealed cavern for national oil reserve.We analyzed the surrounding rock classification and in-situ stress in the presence of water seal. On this basis,we elaborated on the innovative technologies of water curtain construction,drilling,blasting,fine excavation and support,the ventilation and risk assessment,the emergency response and rescue,and carried out tests and numerical simulation to validate the effects.
