摘要: 针对西南地区天然火山灰作为碾压混凝土掺合料的应用问题,通过在混凝土掺合料中单掺粉煤灰、单掺天然火山灰及复合掺粉煤灰和火山灰,对碾压混凝土各项性能指标进行了对比试验研究。结果表明:在水胶比及减水剂掺量相同时,掺天然火山灰碾压混凝土较单掺粉煤灰碾压混凝土胶材用量增加,凝结时间急剧缩短,后期强度活性效应较低,干缩变形值、绝热温升值增大。研究成果可为火山灰作为碾压混凝土掺合料的选择提供数据支持。

Abstract: Comparative study was carried out on the performances of roller compacted concrete (RCC) doped respectively with fly ash, natural pozzolana, and both fly ash and pozzolana. Compared with RCC with fly ash, more cementitious material is used in RCC with natural pozzolana when the water-binder ratio and the contents of wate-reducing agent are the same, resulting in much shorter setting time. And the strength active effect in later stage is lower with larger shrinkage deformation and higher adiabatic temperature rise. The research results provide data support for the utilization of natural pozzolana as a mixture in RCC in southwest China.
