摘要: 介绍了离心机加速度反馈方式的原理和工作方式。使用西门子S7-300PLC可编程序控制器组成闭环模拟量控制系统,对闭环调节控制原理进行了分析,在此基础上进行了PID功能块的自定义设计。最后通过离心机的试验验证,证明了离心机加速度反馈控制的可行性。

Abstract: The authors introduce the principle and working method of acceleration feedback control mode of centrifuge. Siemens S7-300 PLC, a programmable controller,  is used to constitute the closed-loop control system of analog quantity. Based on  analyzing this control mode, the design of a user-defined structured PID function block is accomplished. This feedback control mode is proved to be feasible through experimentation on the centrifuge.
