摘要: 选取4种具有代表性的活性硅质岩石,在80℃,1 mol/L NaOH溶液中浸泡7 d和14 d,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDS),对其碱-硅反应(ASR)产物的微观形貌性状和组成进行深入研究。通过ASR产物与混凝土芯样中的水泥水化产物的对比分析,确定了ASR产物的典型微观形貌,为准确诊断混凝土ASR的发生提供了重要的科学依据。

Abstract: Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) were used to examine the microscopic appearance of Alkali-Silica Reaction (ASR) products. Four typical active siliceous rocks were immerged in 1 mol/L NaOH solution at 80℃ for 7 days and 14 days. SEM photos and EDS results of ASR products were analyzed. The typical microstructure and components of ASR products were determined, and the differences between ASR products and cement hydration products in cement core sample were found out by  comparisons. The study provided scientific basis for diagnosing ASR in concrete.
