摘要
针对吉林省中部城市引松供水工程机械式后张法预应力钢筋混凝土衬砌输水隧洞工程,采用普通解析法和弹塑性有限元2种计算方法,对预应力钢筋混凝土衬砌进行了计算对比分析,提出了有限元计算结果是合理可行的。计算结果表明:对于本工程线路穿越沟谷及波状台地区的多段浅埋有压隧洞,采用预应力混凝土衬砌结构是切实可行的。对于预应力钢筋混凝土衬砌隧洞这种复杂的结构形式,采用有限元计算能够更好地模拟开挖、预应力施加、围岩与衬砌结构的受力状态,相对于普通的解析法,其计算结果更接近实际,对控制工程总投资可起到关键作用。同时总结了预应力衬砌的优点和应用前景,提出了需要进一步研究和探讨的问题。
Abstract
Posttensioned reinforced concrete lining is used in the pressurized conveyance tunnel of the water supply project from Songhua River to the central cities of Jilin province. Taking this project as an example, the lining of prestressed reinforced concrete was calculated by conventional analytical method and elastic-plastic finite element method, and the calculation results of these two methods were further compared. The comparison demonstrated that the finite element method proved to be reasonable and feasible. According to the calculation, it is feasible to employ prestressed concrete lining for shallow pressure tunnel which crosses gullies and wavy terraces. And as for complex prestressed reinforced concrete lining tunnels, finite element method can better simulate the excavation, the prestressing, and the stress of surrounding rock and lining structure. It is closer to the actual conditions compared with conventional methods and is critical for project cost control. Moreover, the advantages and application prospect of the prestressed reinforced concrete lining were summarized, and issues awaiting further research were also discussed.
