摘要: 长江口深水航道治理工程对南北槽分流口及北槽进行大规模河口整治,至 2010 年已分别完成了一期、二期和三期工程,使长江口航道水深分别达到 8.5 ,10.0 ,12.5 m 的治理目标。但从二期 10 m 水深的维护开始,尤其是 2006 年三期工程开工以来,航道的维护疏浚量(包括三期施工期回淤量)急速上升,且回淤沿航道的分布极不均匀;2009 年加长了大部分丁坝,意图提高回淤集中航段的落潮流速,刷低滩面,减轻回淤,但效果不显著。为此,总结长江河口深水航道治理工程实施过程中出现的河口河槽演变若干问题,研究整治建筑物对北槽河槽形态、沿程水沙条件和地形的影响,初步分析造成高回淤量的原因,并从理论和方法上对河口治理工程进行了初步归纳,对长江口综合整治开发具有借鉴意义。

Abstract: The Yangtze Estuary deepwater channel regulation involves large scale treatment projects at the diversion of the North and South Passage as well as in the North Passage. Up until 2010, the first, second, and third construction phase have been completed, and the regulation purpose was achieved with the water depth of Yangtze Estuary amounting 8.5 m , 10.0 m , and 12.5 m respectively. However, since the maintenance of the 10 m depth water of the second phase, especially since the third  phase project was constructed in 2006, the maintenance dredging amount of the waterway (including the sedimentation during the third construction stage) has increased rapidly, and the distribution of the sedimentation along the waterway is very uneven. In order to increase the ebb velocity on the siltation concentrated sector, brush the beach face lower, and reduce the siltation finally, most of the groins were extended in 2009, yet with few effective results. In view of the above, summarizing the experience of this project and discussing the theory are necessary. This article examines the influences of regulating structure on the morphology of the North Passage and the conditions of the water, sediment and terrain, and analyzes the reasons of high sedimentation. Finally, this article sums up the theory and methods on the estuary regulation.
