我国是地质灾害多发国家，近几年,由于泥石流、滑坡等自然因素和人为因素诱发的地质灾害呈上升趋势,地质灾害空间信息共享平台建设具有迫切的现实需求。基于社会各行各业、政府、公众等对空间信息共享需求日趋增长,如何对空间信息共享存在的问题进行总结与分析, 如何科学合理地构架地质灾害空间共享平台,从而利用该平台提供的共享和互操作机制来预测、预警、评价和治理各种地质灾害也就成为当务之急。探讨地质灾害空间信息共享服务平台的实现目标、建设思路、平台设计架构、建设内容等，形成了一套较为完整、规范的网络环境下的地质灾害信息共享服务体系、技术组成和业务流程。

 China is a geo-hazard-prone country. The geological hazards have many different types with broad distribution, high frequency, strong intensity, serious situation, direct and indirect huge economic loss. In recent years, the debris flow and landslides caused by natural and human factors have an ascending trend. It is imperative to construct a public service platform for the spatial information sharing of geological disaster. Due to the growing demand for spatial information sharing by the society, government and the public, it has become urgent affairs to summarize and analyze the background and existing issues of spatial information sharing, to scientifically and reasonably construct the geological hazards data sharing platform, and to make full use of it to forecast, early warn, assess and manage the geological hazards. In line with the idea on spatial information resources put forward by the state, the authors discuss the target, the construction ideas, design architecture of the platform, etc., and form a set of relatively complete and normative geo-hazard spatial information sharing services system, WMI, as well as business process. The system can be used in the internet environment.
