聚脲基坝面保护材料的制备及其施工工艺研究

Preparation of Polyurea-dam Protection Materials and Their Construction Technology

摘要: 将不同配比的异氰酸酯预聚体组分(a1和a2)和脂肪族胺基组分 (b)按照等当量反应原理制备了双组份聚脲基坝面保护材料,按其不同的性能分别作为坝面保护材料的底层和面层。对原材料及其产物进行了红外光谱表征,测试了坝面保护材料与混凝土间的粘结性能及抗冲磨、防渗、抗碳化、环保等性能。研究结果表明,经不同配比制备的产物为聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲,其中底层具有优异的与混凝土间的粘结性能,面层具有较好的耐水流冲刷磨蚀以及防渗、抗碳化性能。该材料挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量低,具有安全环保的特点。聚脲基坝面保护材料施工分为基面处理、底层材料涂刷、面层材料涂刷、坝面保护材料养护等步骤,施工简便,并成功应用于汤渡河水库除险加固工程溢流坝面保护。

Abstract: Dual-component polyurea dam protection materials were prepared by mixing different proportion isocyanate prepolymer component (a1 and a2) and aliphatic amine component (b) in accordance with the equivalent reaction mechanism. According to different performances, the polyurea was served as bottom layer and surface layer of the dam protection materials. Raw materials as well as their products were characterized by FTIR, their adhesiveness with concrete, anti-abrasion, anti-seepage, anticarbonation and environmental protection performance were also tested. The results showed that the products prepared by different formulas were polyureapolyaspartic ester. Its bottom layer had excellent adhesive property with concrete; whereas its surface layer had good water scour resistance; abrasion resistance; and excellent properties of anti-seepage, anti-carbonation. The material had little content of volatile organic compounds(VOC), which was safe and environmental friendly. The construction steps of polyurea dam protection materials contained foundation processing, bottom layer painting, surface layer painting, and maintenance etc. Polyurea-dam protection materials is easy to construct, and it has been successfully used in the spillway surface of Tangdu river reservoir for the purpose of project strengthening and danger eliminating.
