摘要
基于江河截流实施过程中的施工控制、管理和决策等问题的特点,通过分析截流实施过程技术要求与现实需求,提出了建立江河截流动态决策支持系统的系统目标、系统结构、系统功能及技术要求。该系统集截流施工过程的监测、控制、管理和决策于一体,保障了截流施工全过程施工数据采集自动化、施工管理信息化、截流决策科学化,实现了截流过程安全可靠、精确可控、科学经济及准时截流的目标。通过在长江三峡明渠截流等工程中的应用,表明该系统可在实现精准控制江河截流进占过程,实现精准截流、有序截流等方面发挥重要作用。
Abstract
Based on the characteristics of construction control, management and decision-making during the river closure implementation process, the author by analysing technical requirements and practical demands of river closure, proposed the objectives, structure, functions and technical requirements of dynamic decision support system for river closure construction. This system integrates monitoring, controlling, management and decision making of river closure construction, hence ensuring the automation of construction data acquisition, informatization of construction management, as well as scientific decision of river closure construction. In this way, it guarantees the safe and reliable, accurate and controllable, scientific and economic, and punctual river closure process. The application of the system in open channel closure of the Three Gorges and in other projects has manifested that the system plays a significant role in accurate dike advancing process controlling, and in precise and orderly river closure as well.
